Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent,  and discerning if they hold their tongues.

Proverbs 17:28

Most of the time, I prefer silence. It’s a blessing to be in the moment to stop, to see, and to listen. No words needed.

STRIVE FOR HUMBLE SILENCE

I was playing my Hallow App in my phone and I heard about humble silence for the first time. It was the consecration to Jesus through St. Joseph. Humble Silence – hard to come by these days. St. Joseph, the man of silence and strength.

In a world full of KIAs (know-it-alls), even the quiet is not humble at all. We might not utter a single word but our thoughts can be filled with judgment and prejudice. Guilty as charged!

There are a lot of instances that I am so tactless and arrogant. I’ve been praying for HUMILITY all my life. I’ve been praying for the grace to be humble in all circumstances.

Humble Silence…

It would be nice to hear from you…
