Why LOOK BACK?

How have you been these past few years? What have you learned? Forget about what you’ve acquired. Let’s talk about your relationships! At the end of the day, who you’re with is what really counts.

How’s your relationship with God? How’s your Belief, your Trust, and your Surrender?

Think about it.

Be contemplative.

Talk less.

Think more.

Judge less.

Love more.

Why SILENCE?

With all the noise around you, it becomes more difficult to think. You can’t make a connection with what happened to you. You won’t understand where you’re supposed to go if you surround yourself with all the noise.

Too much stimuli makes you stupid. If you keep bombarding yourself with stimuli that distracts you from what really matters, you will be lost.

Why SOLITUDE?

You have to be alone to come to terms with yourself. What do you say to yourself when you’re alone? Do you like YOU?
